ReturnedA bank sent the transfer back. The reason shows on the payment.
Held for supportMoney arrived that can’t be matched, or arrived after a request closed. Contact support for a route-specific recovery review; recovery may be unavailable.

As of 1 October 2026. From the Swaps product and pricing.

How long things usually take

A send on Tempo: usually a few seconds. A deposit from another network: usually a few minutes. ACH: typically 1–2 business days. A wire: typically the same business day before your bank’s cut-off. SEPA: about 1 business day. These are typical times, not promises.

When to contact support

When a payment shows Held for support, Recovery needs support, or stays in one status much longer than the times above. Support starts from your account’s records, so you don’t need to find transaction IDs first.
