Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Swaps.app. Swaps is an aggregator and interface layer: no custody, no counterparty status, and no direct payment processing by Swaps. Provider checkout, KYC, payment rail, wallet, network, and product gates can own final execution.
What Swaps does
Swaps compares live provider-operated and protocol routes by the final receive amount for the selected country, asset, amount, payment method, network, and route state. Once you are with a provider, that provider's terms govern payment acceptance, verification, transfer execution, and settlement.
Eligibility
Use of Swaps is subject to your country's regulatory framework and the eligibility rules of the underlying providers. Some payment methods, fiats, and corridors are not available in every market. The Country coverage directory shows the truthful provider × payment-method matrix per country.
Disclaimers
Swaps is not investment advice. Cryptocurrency prices fluctuate; you may lose money. We do not guarantee that any specific transaction will complete — provider availability, KYC outcomes, and on-chain settlement are outside Swaps's direct control. Always verify the receiving wallet address yourself before sending crypto, and use tools like our wallet risk check (Search) where appropriate.
Disputes and limitations
Issues with a specific transaction are handled by the provider that processed it. Swaps's role is to help you compare and choose an eligible route; for disputes about funds, refunds, or KYC decisions you must contact the provider directly. Swaps's overall liability is limited as described in the full terms document.
