Payment Link Terms
Swaps Payment Links let you raise a payment request (invoice) that a payer settles directly. Swaps is non-custodial: funds are settled by a regulated payment provider and never held by Swaps. A per-transaction fee applies. These terms cover eligibility, settlement currency, refunds, chargebacks, and the merchant's responsibilities to payers.
