Search owns the quick public check. Dashboard Addresses owns saved destinations, full reports, watches, credits, recipient context, and address history. Checkout owns money-movement review and execution handoff.

Travel Rule support

Addresses can store recipient details, proof context, and reusable address-book state when a corridor requires it. It is not a blanket compliance decision.
