Only you can send from your wallet.
The key lives in your device passkey, never on Swaps servers. Swaps prepares the transfer and shows its status; wallet sends require your passkey. Provider and token restrictions may still apply.
The carrier is named before you send.
Bank payouts run through Bridge and its banking partners; transfers to another network run via Relay. Never swapped silently.
Bank-service provider
Can I cancel a send?
A send to a wallet cannot be undone once your passkey approves it. A withdrawal to your own bank can be canceled until it starts; after that it can no longer be canceled.
How long does a send to my bank take?
ACH typically arrives in 1–2 business days. A wire typically arrives the same business day if it is sent before your bank’s cut-off. The exact amount is confirmed once Bridge receives your funds.
Why only a bank account in my own name?
A send to your own bank is a withdrawal. Bridge, the provider for supported bank services, registers the account in your verified legal name, not the display name on your Swaps account. To pay someone else, use Pay an invoice.
What does sending cost?
No Swaps fee to send on Tempo; the network fee is about $0.03 and comes out of your balance. Another network: a 0.15% Swaps fee plus network costs. Your own bank: a 1% Swaps fee, shown before you approve. Someone else’s bank: 1% through Pay an invoice.
Why don’t I see every way?
Sending to another network and to a bank appear only where enabled for your account. Bank sends also need a profile verified with Bridge, and each currency unlocks on its own verification.
