Does my client need a Swaps account?
No. Your client opens the invoice link and pays by bank transfer or USDC without an account. They only see the methods that work for this invoice.
What goes on an invoice?
Your client, line items from your products, an invoice number, a due date and the total. Swaps can email the invoice to your client and send reminders.
What happens on the due date?
The invoice link expires on its due date and can no longer be paid. Choose no due date if it should stay open.
How do I pay a supplier’s invoice?
Enter the invoice amount and your supplier’s bank details, then send USDC from Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Optimism. Your supplier receives a bank transfer and never needs Swaps.
Where can my supplier receive?
To a US bank account by ACH from 50 USD or by wire from 1,000 USD, or to a euro account by SEPA from 200 EUR, where enabled for your account.
What does it cost?
Drafting is free. Paid invoices price by rail. Crypto on Tempo or Relay: payer adds 1%. Cross-chain via Bridge and bank: 1% is deducted from what you receive. Paying a supplier costs 1% of the gross source funds plus the provider’s FX quote. Every cost is shown before money moves.
