Invoices help
Bill a client with an invoice link, or pay a supplier’s invoice with USDC. Your supplier gets a bank transfer.
Top questions.
- Whose name does the recipient see when I pay an invoice? It depends on the rail. On ACH the recipient sees Bridge. On a USD wire and on SEPA they see your name. The review screen shows it before you fund.
- What does paying an invoice cost, and what are the limits?1% of the gross USDC you send. Bridge quotes the exact USDC amount when you fund, so it isn’t simply the invoice plus 1%. Each rail has a minimum.
- I cancelled an invoice payment, or it expired. Where is my money? If you hadn’t sent USDC, nothing moved. If you had, don’t cancel without help: Swaps doesn’t collect a refund address, so a late transfer isn’t returned automatically. Contact support.
Quick answers
Short answers.
Does my supplier need Swaps?
No. Your supplier receives a normal bank transfer in their own bank account. They never need a Swaps account and never touch crypto.
How long does paying an invoice take?
Bank timelines apply. ACH is typically 1–2 business days, a wire usually the same or next business day, and SEPA about 1 business day.
Can I bill a client with line items?
Yes. An invoice is a payment link with your client, line items, an invoice number and a due date. The link expires on its due date.
