Swaps Payroll — payroll and contractor payout execution
Swaps Payroll helps verified customers — businesses, founders, and creators — create approved pay runs, fund each run once, and execute bank or enabled external USDC wallet payouts to workers or contractors through provider-verified Bridge rails. Recipients confirm a provider-verified bank destination or enabled external USDC wallet destination through a secure onboarding link, while the payer sees row-level payout status and reconciliation. Tempo wallet payouts are planned after production wallet proof and are not live for Payroll yet.
Execution-only payroll
Swaps Payroll does not calculate payroll taxes, file payroll, issue legal payslips, or act as employer of record. Pay run owners remain responsible for payroll calculation, tax compliance, worker classification, employment records, and any required filings.
How it works
- Create the pay run — upload a CSV or build rows manually with recipient, amount, currency, worker type, and memo.
- Approve and lock it — a verified pay run owner approves the run, freezing the payout snapshot.
- Fund once — Swaps shows verified provider funding instructions when available; unfunded runs never execute.
- Reconcile each row — every payout has its own status, evidence, and retry path.
Recipient destinations
Recipients can confirm a provider-verified bank destination when provider capability and compliance checks allow it, or an enabled external USDC wallet destination for eligible USD pay runs. Tempo wallet payouts are planned after production wallet proof and remain unavailable for live Payroll execution. Availability is driven by provider capability, not country promises hardcoded into marketing copy.
