Swaps System Status
Live operational status for Swaps and provider integrations with recent quote traffic. Swaps is a routing layer: it compares eligible providers on each quote and ranks the live routes for buying, selling, and swapping crypto.
Services and providers we track
- Swaps Platform — the quote engine and API that compare providers and return your live rate.
- Paybis, Transak, Onmeta, and Partna — fiat-to-crypto on-ramp providers.
- Bridge — stablecoin settlement rails.
- OKX — exchange and DEX liquidity.
Each provider is shown only when it has handled real quote traffic, so the list reflects what is actually live rather than a marketing roster.
How we measure — without touching provider APIs
Most status pages ping each provider on a timer with synthetic test requests. Swaps does not. Every real quote a user requests already records which provider responded and whether it succeeded, so we read our own telemetry to infer health. That means our monitoring adds zero extra load to Paybis, Transak, Bridge, Partna, Onmeta, or OKX — a deliberate choice after providers flagged that synthetic health-check traffic was burdensome. A provider is "operational" when it responds at its normal cadence, "degraded" on elevated failures or unusually quiet traffic, and an "outage" when recent quotes fail or it goes silent for an extended period. A quiet low-volume provider is marked "no recent activity", never an outage.
Why one provider going down may not affect every quote
Because Swaps compares eligible providers, many provider issues are limited to a single route. When a provider is degraded or down, its quotes drop out of the comparison and the user-facing route should show the remaining eligible options instead of a failed or stale-rate handoff.
If you experience an issue
