Swaps System Status
Live operational status for Swaps.app and the third-party providers we route through. This page reflects platform-level health for the buy, sell, and swap flows, plus the underlying provider integrations that quote your live rates.
What this page tracks
- Swaps platform — the Swaps.app product itself: widget, edge functions, prerender pipeline, country detection, sentiment + price feeds, and intelligence search.
- On-ramp providers — Paybis, Transak, Bridge by Stripe, Onramper, Mercuryo, OKX, Coinbase, and others quote rates for fiat-to-crypto routes. Each provider's quote latency and success rate is monitored.
- Off-ramp and swap providers — sell-side payouts via SEPA, Faster Payments, ACH, and instant rails; on-chain swap routing through aggregators.
- Geo + currency — country detection (Vercel geo headers + ipapi fallback) and the FX-rate freshness for non-USD fiats.
How we measure
Status is composed from internal SLO probes and provider response telemetry. A degraded state means we are seeing elevated latency or partial failures on a given route; an outage means quotes are unavailable for that provider in that market. We rarely surface a full platform outage because Swaps's multi-provider routing routes around individual provider failures automatically.
If you experience an issue
Check the live status banner on the homepage first. For transaction-specific issues, the relevant article on the Help Center covers the most common causes. If a route looks unavailable in your country, the Country coverage page lists the truthful provider×method matrix Swaps applies before opening the widget. For unresolved problems, please contact support.
