Non-custodial by design.

Each payment gets its own deposit address. The amount is released on-chain to your own Swaps Wallet.

Swaps provides the interface and transaction coordination.

Payments move on-chain. Transfers from another network are carried by Relay.

FAQ

Questions.

Do I need a bank account?

No. You receive stablecoins into your own Swaps Wallet. Bank services and other provider routes have their own verification requirements.

Does Swaps take custody of the money?

Your customer sends one transfer to a deposit address made for this payment only. The amount is released on-chain to your own Swaps Wallet. Swaps does not hold your wallet key. An overpayment can reach the Swaps fee wallet, and Swaps accepts requests to return the verified excess.

What can my customer pay with?

On Tempo: USDC.e, pathUSD, USDT0, USD1 or cUSD. From Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Optimism: USDC, moved to Tempo by Relay. Solana is not available yet.

What does it cost?

Your customer pays a 1% Swaps fee on top of the amount, and you receive the full amount. Paying from another network adds Relay’s cost to what your customer sends.

What if the wrong amount arrives?

If less arrives, the payment shows Underpaid and your customer sends the rest to the same address. If more arrives, it shows Overpaid, and support reviews the extra for a possible return after checking its source and a safe destination; network fees may apply.

Is there an API?

Yes. Create crypto invoices with POST /v1/payment_links and follow them with /v1/payments. Agents can draft invoices through MCP. Going live is always your own step.
