I paid a link, but it isn’t marked paid, or my money came back

Bank transfers are matched by their reference, so check you used it unchanged. A status alone does not prove a return. Return availability and timing depend on the provider, route and verified instructions.
Bank transfer, not marked paid
Matching uses the reference on the payment page. Without it, or changed, a transfer can’t match on its own. Contact support with the date and amount; you don’t need to find IDs first.
Bank transfer returned
The bank sent it back. The payment shows Returned and the reason. Check the reason, then pay again or choose another method.
Crypto: too little
The page shows Part of the transfer arrived. Follow the current payment instructions to complete the shortfall.
Crypto: too much
The merchant is paid in full. Contact support to request a return of the extra. The source and destination must be checked; network fees and route restrictions apply.
Crypto: after the request closed
A transfer that arrives after the request is cancelled or expired is held, and support confirms your refund.
Swaps provides the interface and transaction coordination. Bank payments are processed by Bridge, the provider for supported bank services, named before you pay.
