Payment links help
Ask for money with one link. Your client pays by bank transfer or USDC, without a Swaps account.
Top questions.
- How do I pay a Swaps payment link?Open the link, say whether you pay as an individual or a business, then pick a method: bank transfer or crypto. You don’t need a Swaps account.
- I paid a link, but it isn’t marked paid, or my money came backBank transfers are matched by their reference, so check you used it unchanged. A status alone does not prove a return. Return availability and timing depend on the provider, route and verified instructions.
- Who can activate a payment link?A payment link can be activated by a verified business or a verified individual. You can create drafts before verification. Activation depends on the selected product, route and account eligibility. Supported Bridge bank and provider methods require the applicable individual or business verification. Direct crypto-processing routes have separate conditions; review the capabilities and verification requirements shown in your account.
Quick answers
Short answers.
Does my client need a Swaps account?
No. Your client opens the link and pays without an account. They only see the payment methods that work for this link.
Does a payment link expire?
If you set a due date, the link expires on it and can no longer be paid. With no due date it stays open until it is paid or you cancel it.
What does a payment link cost?
Drafting is free, with no setup or monthly fee. Crypto on Tempo or Relay: payer adds 1%. Cross-chain via Bridge and bank: 1% is deducted from what you receive. Provider, network or FX costs are shown before your client pays.
