Pay in four steps.

  1. Check who is asking

The page names who you are paying, the amount, what it is for and the reference. If anything looks wrong, ask the sender before you pay.

  2. Say who is paying

Choose individual or business, and add an e-mail for the receipt if you want one. Bank transfers from individuals have a cap, shown on the page.

  3. Pay by bank or in USDC

By bank: send a one-time transfer with the reference shown, unchanged; it is how your payment is matched. In USDC: send the exact amount on the network shown. Only USDC on that network.

  4. Watch the status

Keep the page open or come back to the link. It moves from Waiting for funds to Paid.

Example

Send on Tempo

1,262.50 USDC

Amount
1,250.00 USDC

12.50 USDC

Only USDC on Tempo. Other tokens or networks may be delayed or lost.

Paying in USDC: the fee is its own line, before you send. Amounts are an example.

Who carries your money.

  • By bank. Bridge, the provider for supported bank services, receives and moves the transfer. The person you pay never sees your bank login.
  • In USDC on Tempo. Your payment goes to a payment contract that can pay only the person you pay and the Swaps fee. Nobody can redirect it.
  • From another network. Where the link offers it, Relay carries the USDC to Tempo. You give a refund address on your own wallet first.

Swaps provides the interface and transaction coordination. Questions about what you bought go to the person you paid; questions about the payment go to Swaps support.

FAQ

Questions.

Do I need a Swaps account to pay?

No. Open the link, say who is paying and pay by bank transfer or in USDC, whichever the link offers.

Is there a fee for me?

Any fee for you is shown on the page before you pay. When you pay in USDC on Tempo, a 1% Swaps fee is added as its own line, so the person you pay receives the full amount.

Can I pay by card?

No. Swaps payment links take bank transfers and USDC, depending on what the sender enabled.

I sent the wrong token or network. What now?

Send only USDC on the network the page shows; other tokens or networks may be lost. If it already happened, contact Swaps support with the link.

Why was my bank transfer returned?

The money goes back to the account it came from. Pay again from an account in your own name, with the reference unchanged.
