How do I receive money in my wallet?

Send & receiveWallet holders·Other networks where enabled·Updated

On Tempo, share your wallet address. From another network, create a deposit address for one exact amount, then send exactly that, on that network, before it expires.

Receive in three steps

  1. Choose Receive

Pick Tempo to see your own address, or another network to get a deposit address.

  2. On Tempo: share your address

Anyone can send USDC.e on Tempo to it. It stays the same.

  3. From another network: one address, one amount

Enter the amount, then Continue. Send exactly that amount, of that coin, on that network. For another amount, create a new address.

Fees

How do I receive money in my wallet?
On TempoNo Swaps fee to receive.
From another networkNetwork fees are taken from what you send. The screen shows what arrives before you send.

As of 1 October 2026. From the Swaps product and pricing.

It hasn’t arrived

  • Looking or Confirming: it usually takes a few minutes. No email is sent for crypto deposits.
  • Deposit window expired: if you already sent, Swaps is still watching for it. This can take a few extra minutes.
  • Sent on the wrong network: recovery may run automatically. Don’t send more to that address.
  • Recovery needs support: contact support from the deposit screen.
  • This deposit would be refunded: network fees are bigger than the amount. Send a larger amount.

Deposits from another network are carried by Relay, which holds them in transit until they arrive in your wallet.
