How long things usually take
ACH: typically 1–2 business days. A wire: typically the same business day before your bank’s cut-off. SEPA: about 1 business day. These are typical times, not promises.
When to contact support
When an order stays in one status much longer than the times above. If you’re signed in, support starts from your account’s records, so you don’t need to find transaction IDs first.
