How do I track my transaction?

Sign in, open Activity in your dashboard and tap the order. Its status tells you where it is now and whether you need to do anything.
What each status means
| Waiting for your transfer | Waiting for your bank transfer. ACH takes 1–2 business days. |
|---|---|
| Waiting for our partner | Our partner hasn’t confirmed this payment yet. Nothing is lost: we keep checking and email you the moment it does. |
| Sending | Our partner has your payment. On its way to your wallet. |
| Delivered | Delivered to your wallet. The receipt is in your email and in Activity. |
| Payment returned | Our partner sent your payment back to the account it came from. Nothing was bought. |
| Expired | This order expired before a payment arrived. Nothing was bought. |
On the network
Once an order is delivered, you can also look up your wallet address on a block explorer (Etherscan, Solscan, etc.).
