How does a crypto payment reach my wallet?

Crypto processingMerchants·Where enabled·Updated

Your customer pays the amount plus 1% to a payment contract made for this payment. It releases the full amount to your Swaps Wallet and the 1% to Swaps. Nobody can redirect it.

From invoice to wallet

  1. Create a crypto invoice

In Crypto processing, create the invoice and share its link.

  2. Your customer pays

On Tempo, or from another network through Relay where enabled. The page shows the exact total, fee included.

  3. Swaps watches the network

The payment shows its status as it is detected and confirmed.

  4. The contract releases it

The full amount goes to your Swaps Wallet; the 1% goes to Swaps. Swaps only triggers the release.

Why nobody can redirect it

The contract can pay exactly two places: your wallet and the Swaps fee. It has no owner and no admin, so Swaps cannot change where the money goes.

No bank is involved on this path. Payments from another network are carried by Relay, which holds them in transit.
