FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sell crypto on Swaps?

Choose the stablecoin and the network you send it from, the currency and bank transfer you want to be paid by, and the amount. Sign in, verify with Bridge and add a bank account in your name, then send the exact amount to the deposit address shown. Bridge pays the sale out to your bank.

What can I sell?

Stablecoins only for now: USDC, USDT and USDB, on the networks the card lists, each with a minimum and a maximum set by Bridge. Residents of the EEA can sell USDC only. Other coins can’t be sold on Swaps.

How do I get paid?

By bank transfer to an account in your name: ACH or wire in US dollars, SEPA in euros, Faster Payments in pounds, PIX in Brazilian reais or SPEI in Mexican pesos. Swaps pays sales out to a bank account, never to a card.

What does it cost to sell?

The fee to sell is 1% (Bridge + Swaps), shown before you send. A payout in a currency other than the US dollar also carries Bridge's exchange spread, and a USDT sale Bridge's 0.10% fee; each is shown on its own line before you send.

What if I send the wrong amount, or on the wrong network?

Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown. Crypto sent to another address or on another network may be lost.
