Wallet Service Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 3.0 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below

For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.

These terms govern the Swaps Wallet Service, provided by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, Oru tn 2, Tallinn 10127, Estonia ("Swaps"). They supplement the Terms of Service and control for the Wallet. Separate provider and product terms apply when you use bank details, a fiat route or a payment product from the Wallet.

1. Wallet and connected routes

The Wallet is passkey-based software for a user-controlled wallet on Tempo. You can hold, receive, send and, where offered, convert supported stablecoins. Mainnet funds have real value; a labelled test network uses test assets and is not a way to pay a real invoice.

The Wallet interface can also offer cross-network receive and send through Relay, provider-executed fiat purchase or sale, and provider-issued bank details. These are separate routes with additional conditions, fees and risks. Only features enabled and shown for your particular account, asset, network and amount are available. A route shown as preview or beta is not a guarantee of execution or continued availability.

Swaps displays blockchain data, prepares transaction instructions, relays user-authorised signed transactions and monitors results. It does not hold the private signing material for your Tempo wallet. That description of key control does not mean that every connected route is trustless or that no third party handles assets while a route completes.

2. Your signing credential

The wallet spending credential is created through your device or password manager. Swaps stores public credential metadata, wallet addresses, status and operational records, not the wallet's private key, seed phrase or passkey secret. Public metadata can still be personal data when associated with you; it is covered by the Privacy Policy.

The dashboard ordinarily asks your passkey to sign each send or conversion. A supported payment flow may instead use a browser-local session signing key authorised by your passkey for up to 15 minutes. During that session, more than one transaction may be signed without another passkey prompt. The time limit is not a per-payment spending cap. That session key is not stored by the Swaps server; access to your device or authorised browser session can nevertheless expose it to misuse.

A login passkey or password is separate from the wallet signing credential. Resetting login access does not restore a lost wallet signer. Do not create a replacement wallet and assume it controls the old address. Swaps support will never need your wallet signing secret or seed phrase.

3. Loss, recovery and domain dependence

If you lose the wallet credential and cannot restore it through your device or password-manager arrangements, Swaps cannot reconstruct it or reset the blockchain wallet for you. Loss of signing access can mean permanent loss of access to funds. Passkey synchronisation and recovery, if offered, are controlled by your vendor and configuration, not guaranteed by Swaps.

The signing passkey is bound to the swaps.app relying-party domain. The current Wallet does not provide general seed-phrase import or private-key export, and the credential cannot simply be imported into an unrelated website to sign. The ability to spend therefore depends on a compatible signing interface on the permitted domain as well as your credential. An outage or loss of access to that interface can prevent spending even when the blockchain remains available.

The public address can still receive funds without a signature. Do not direct new deposits to a wallet until you know you can sign with it. Sending a token to the same-looking address on another chain does not mean the Tempo credential can control it there.

4. Removing a wallet or closing an account

Removing a wallet from Swaps disables its association or display in the Service. It does not erase the blockchain address, remove its balance, reverse transfers or delete a passkey from your device. Device passkeys must be managed through the device or password manager.

Before removing the wallet or closing your Swaps account, resolve funds and pending inbound routes and keep the access you need. Bank details, Payment Links and other external senders can continue to direct funds to an address independently of whether you see it in the interface. Ask support about those routes before removal. Swaps cannot supply a recovery key it does not hold.

5. Direct Tempo transactions and conversion

Use the exact supported token and Tempo network shown in the product. Check the recipient and amount before signing. Transfers are generally irreversible once submitted and may require network fees paid in a supported stablecoin. A transaction pending in the interface is not final confirmation.

Where on-Tempo conversion is offered, you authorise an on-chain exchange of one supported token for another through the indicated protocol. Review the exchange rate, minimum output, expiry, approvals and costs. Token values, liquidity and network state can change; two dollar-denominated stablecoins need not exchange at one to one. Swaps does not guarantee a peg, redemption or investment outcome.

6. Cross-network receive and send

Relay routes use a deposit address or user-signed deposit transaction, protocol contracts and a solver to deliver funds on the destination network. They depend on third-party infrastructure, liquidity and execution while assets are in transit. The Relay Terms of Use govern its functionality. This is a different path from a direct transfer to your Tempo address.

Relay is separate from Bridge. Route operators can have controls affecting availability, settlement and recovery even though Swaps does not hold your wallet signing key. An exchange or intermediary source may prevent you from signing a required recovery request. Use the source and return instructions for the specific route; an accepted address format is not proof that you can recover funds there.

For receive, use the current deposit instructions and the stated source network, token and amount. A quote-specific deposit address is not a general address for every currency or chain. For send, review and authorise the required wallet transactions; an approval alone may not execute the transfer.

A source transaction, expired quote or service interruption does not by itself establish settlement or a return. Do not repeat the transfer until you check the existing route. A return address supplied for a failed source-network route must be valid for that network and controlled by the entitled person. A source refund and a successful destination payment are different outcomes.

Wrong-network, unsupported-token, late or unmatched deposits may need manual investigation and can be unrecoverable. Some provider recovery paths require a signature from the original sender; an exchange or intermediary may not permit this. A destination or sender address alone is not proof that a refund can be safely made there. Swaps can help investigate its records but cannot promise recovery from another party's systems or contracts.

7. Bank details, purchases and bank withdrawals

Where enabled, bank details and fiat purchase or sale are provided through Bridge under the Bridge terms presented to your holder. Verification, source-of-funds, ownership, jurisdiction and route requirements apply. The provider receives and processes those funds; the Swaps interface prepares the request and shows its state.

The Wallet's own-account bank withdrawal route is for the holder's eligible bank account. Paying an invoice to another party uses the separate Pay an Invoice Terms. Provider-issued reusable deposit details are covered by the Accounts and Bank Details Terms. A self-controlled Wallet does not automatically make you eligible for either service.

Direct wallet-only Tempo use does not require Swaps identity verification as a general product prerequisite. This is not an exemption from law or a promise of anonymous access across connected products. Providers and particular routes can require verification and compliance information.

8. Fees

Swaps does not charge for holding a wallet balance or for direct Tempo receive or send. Network fees may apply. Cross-network send may include the Swaps fee disclosed in the quote, and cross-network receive or send may involve provider and network costs. A receive route described as having no Swaps fee can still deliver less after third-party costs.

Provider fiat, bank-details and payout fees are governed by their own disclosures and product terms. Review the transaction before authorising it; an indicative dollar balance does not show every possible route cost. Swaps does not promise an interest return on wallet balances.

9. Restrictions and risk

The Acceptable Use Policy, Sanctions Policy and Limits & Enforcement apply. Swaps can restrict the interface or new requests; this does not allow it to sign for you or arbitrarily move assets in your wallet. Providers and token issuers may have independent blocking or freeze controls.

The Risk Disclosure applies, including stablecoin, contract, network, device and third-party risks. The Wallet is not a Swaps bank deposit or an insured savings account. An address risk report does not certify a destination as safe. Use a supported transaction and verified destination, not an unsolicited link or instruction from someone claiming to be support.

10. Data, liability and changes

The Privacy Policy covers wallet metadata, transaction records, device information and connected-route data. Public blockchain records remain public after account deletion. Provider and password-manager processing is also governed by their own applicable notices.

Availability, changes, liability and disputes follow the Terms of Service. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer remedies or Swaps' responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Testnet experiments do not promise access to mainnet funds or future functionality.
