Accounts and Bank Details Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 1.0 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below

For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.

These terms govern Swaps Accounts and bank details, provided by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, Oru tn 2, Tallinn 10127, Estonia ("Swaps"). They supplement the Terms of Service and control for these features. Provider terms and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

1. What bank details represent

This feature connects an eligible holder to reusable deposit instructions issued through Bridge. Depending on the supported route, those instructions can include an account and routing number, an IBAN or other local details. Bridge and its partners receive an eligible bank deposit, perform the configured conversion and deliver the resulting asset to the selected destination.

The details are not a bank account issued by Swaps, a Swaps deposit balance, an overdraft, a savings product or a promise to hold money for you. A display currency does not change a stablecoin into a bank deposit. Do not assume deposit insurance, safeguarding or a compensation scheme applies; any applicable protection depends on the provider, product and jurisdiction and must be expressly stated by that provider.

"Holder" means the individual or legal entity verified for the provider relationship. A Swaps login, a business workspace, provider-issued bank details and a self-controlled wallet are different things even where the interface displays them together.

2. Provider relationship and eligibility

The applicable Bridge entity and services are identified in the Bridge terms presented during onboarding. Bridge's authorisations relate to its own services and do not transfer to Swaps. The provider decides whether to approve the holder and the requested banking or conversion route.

You must select the correct holder, have authority to act for it, supply accurate verification and source-of-funds information, accept applicable provider terms and keep required information current. Individual access does not automatically permit business use, collections for other people or third-party funds. Use must match the purpose permitted by the applicable provider terms and any expressly approved programme.

Some routes permit receipts from an employer, customer or another sender; others require funding from an account in the holder's own name. Permission depends on the specific currency, payment system, holder and purpose. Receiving your own wages or payment for your own sale is different from collecting or transmitting money as a financial service for other people. Do not offer such a service through these details without the required legal authority and express programme permission.

Availability depends on the holder, country, currency, source, destination and provider requirements. A bank detail type advertised by Swaps or supported by Bridge in general may not be available for your holder. A draft, account label or successful verification step alone does not make a route usable.

3. Your deposit instructions

Check the beneficiary name, account details, currency, reference, permitted sender and destination before sending or sharing instructions. The displayed beneficiary name may be a provider or banking partner name rather than the holder's name. Do not substitute a company name or reference of your own.

Reusable instructions can still have route-specific limits and eligibility conditions. They do not mean that anyone may pay you, that cash deposits are allowed, or that an unsupported currency will automatically convert. Share them only for the permitted purpose. Follow any own-name funding restriction and do not present the details as a general bank account issued to you by Swaps.

A changed, deactivated or suspended set of details may reject, delay or require review of later deposits. Tell intended senders when instructions change. Never rely on old screenshots as proof that a deposit route remains available.

4. Destination and wallet control

Select a destination supported for that holder and route. You must have authority to use it and verify the network and asset. Updates apply only when accepted and reflected in the product; an update may not affect deposits already processing.

If a destination is your Swaps Wallet, the Wallet Service Terms apply. Provider-issued bank details do not give Swaps your wallet signing key or turn that wallet into a provider custodial balance. Losing the wallet passkey may prevent you from spending funds delivered to it even while deposits continue. Resolve signing access before directing further funds to the wallet.

Using these details with Payroll or Pay an invoice does not remove those products' separate approval, funding or recipient requirements.

5. Fees, conversion and transaction history

Swaps may charge the developer or interface fee disclosed when the route is created or used. Provider, bank, conversion and network costs may also apply. Review the current disclosure before funding. These terms do not set a new fee or guarantee a particular exchange rate.

A bank deposit amount and the stablecoin amount delivered can differ because of currency conversion and costs. A stablecoin balance is subject to issuer, redemption, depeg and network risks described in the Risk Disclosure. Swaps does not promise interest or a yield on a displayed balance.

Transaction history distinguishes a deposit received, review, submission, completed processing and return where provider evidence is available. Receipt of a bank deposit does not itself prove delivery to your final destination. Events can arrive late and returns can occur after a previous processing event. Check the actual destination and contact support if records conflict.

6. Returns, suspension and closure

Bridge and its partners can review, reject, suspend or return a deposit under their rules and applicable law. Swaps can restrict the interface or further instructions for security, eligibility or compliance reasons. Neither action guarantees that an in-flight deposit can be intercepted.

Returns depend on the provider's control of the funds, source account, information requirements and route. An unsuccessful payment is not necessarily an automatic refund and may incur provider or network costs. Swaps cannot reverse a completed blockchain delivery. We can help trace records and coordinate a request with the provider; timing and recoverability are not guaranteed.

Deactivating bank details, closing a holder's provider account and deleting a Swaps login are separate operations. Outstanding deposits and legal record obligations can survive closure. Stop directing new funds to details you have deactivated and arrange a supported destination for funds still due to you.

7. Information, controls and responsibility

The Privacy Policy explains holder, banking, verification and transaction data processing. Swaps records product permissions, instructions and reconciliation information; the provider processes information for its own service and legal obligations. You must lawfully provide information about a business, beneficial owner or sender and give any notices you owe them.

The Acceptable Use Policy, Sanctions Policy, AML Statement and Limits & Enforcement apply. A request for compliance information does not authorise a different holder or purpose. Do not bypass a refusal by using another person's details.

The Terms of Service govern changes, availability, liability, complaints and disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or Swaps' responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
