Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 2.2 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below

For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.

This disclosure concerns the Swaps Service operated by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414. Read it with the Terms and applicable product terms. It explains material risks; it does not waive mandatory rights or responsibility for our own conduct.

1. Assets and value

Crypto-assets can lose substantial or all value. A stablecoin can depart from its reference value, face redemption restrictions, be frozen by its issuer, or fail because of issuer, reserve, legal or market events. A displayed fiat equivalent is an estimate, not a promise of redemption.

Crypto holdings and wallet balances are not bank deposits merely because their value is displayed in dollars or euros. Do not assume deposit insurance, investor compensation or a right against Swaps for an issuer's obligations. Any protection for a particular provider product depends on that product's legal terms and eligibility.

2. Wallet access and networks

A lost, compromised or misused signing credential can lead to permanent loss. Account recovery and wallet recovery are different. A synchronised passkey can depend on your device, credential provider or recovery setup. Do not send signing secrets to support.

Addresses, assets, networks and references must match the funding instructions. Wrong-token, wrong-network and unsupported deposits can be irrecoverable. Network congestion, fees, reorganisations, RPC failures or outages can delay or prevent an expected outcome.

3. Contracts and cross-network routes

Smart contracts can contain defects even when reviewed. Do not assume an internal review is an independent audit, or that any audit guarantees safety. A contract can implement fixed destinations or payout conditions that Swaps cannot change.

For direct Tempo Crypto Processing, the funding transfer can complete before a separate contract-release transaction succeeds. Swaps' release automation can be delayed or unavailable. Because release is permissionless, stopping our automation or your access to the interface does not necessarily stop another party from triggering the fixed distribution. No further payer signature is required for that release.

Cross-network routes add relayer, solver, liquidity, exchange-rate and transit risk. The source transaction can complete while destination delivery remains pending or fails. A return can be controlled by the provider's process and the recorded return instructions; the sending address may belong to an intermediary rather than you.

For Crypto Processing, underpayment can remain below a contract's release condition, and excess can be routed to a fee address by the contract. Investigation or a manual return is distinct from an automatic on-chain refund. Follow the Crypto Processing Terms; no universal recovery or completion time is guaranteed.

4. Providers and bank rails

Providers and banking intermediaries can fail, become insolvent, reject funding, request more information or delay a transfer. Provider-held funds and a user-controlled wallet have different legal and practical protections. Swaps interface availability does not prove a provider is ready to execute.

A funding confirmation is not final bank settlement. Beneficiary mismatches, source-of-funds questions, missing references, bank cut-off times and returned payments can affect cost and timing. A cancellation request may arrive after an instruction becomes irreversible.

5. Pricing and fees

Quotes can expire or change. Conversion spreads, network costs, provider fees and intermediary charges can affect the amount received. Slippage or changing liquidity may alter execution where the route permits it. Check the confirmation and product terms rather than relying on an earlier preview.

6. Merchants, payroll and recurring invoices

A successful payment does not prove delivery of goods or discharge every contractual, employment or tax obligation. Payment tools are not escrow, insurance or employment administration.

Recurring invoices are payment requests unless a separately supported and valid mandate expressly says otherwise. Pausing scheduling may leave existing invoices payable. An employer or merchant can still owe a recipient even when a payment attempt fails.

7. Information, AI and automation

Address scores and reports can be incomplete, stale or wrong and can confuse exchange, intermediary and individual activity. A low-risk result is not a guarantee; a high-risk signal is not proof of wrongdoing.

AI can invent facts, misunderstand amounts or give unsafe instructions. An agent with write permissions can create consequential actions. Review recipients, fees, network and authority; verify outcomes through authoritative records. See the AI Disclosure.

Availability can change with law, provider terms, country restrictions or security events. A software label does not establish regulatory exemption. Public blockchain activity can be linked to your identity and cannot necessarily be erased.

Loss of access to Swaps, a test environment or a preview/beta feature can interrupt your workflow. Preview or Beta describes maturity and does not itself mean a simulated environment; a real payment retains its risks and obligations. Keep appropriate independent records and do not treat test results as real settlement. Contact support about errors and legal@swaps.app about a complaint. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal remedies.
