AI and Automated Tools Disclosure
Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 2.2 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below
For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.
Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, uses AI-assisted features and offers tools that can be connected to software agents. This disclosure supplements the Terms, API Terms, Address Check Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Where AI can be involved
AI can help explain blockchain or transaction data, answer questions, prepare support content, or check output quality. A third-party agent can also use Swaps tools to obtain information or submit permitted instructions. These are different uses: a read-only report explanation does not mean every authenticated tool is read-only.
Some public or review tool catalogues expose only information. Authenticated developer tools can create or change resources and initiate instructions within their scopes. The current tool description, permissions and confirmation screen determine the action available, not the fact that it appears in a chat interface.
2. Limitations
AI can generate plausible but incorrect facts, omit material context, misidentify a party, misread a token or network, or misunderstand your instructions. It may rely on incomplete or delayed data. Generated explanations and risk labels are not professional advice, official findings, a compliance certification or a guarantee of safety.
Verify material information against the underlying record and relevant provider or blockchain status. A generated statement that a transfer succeeded is not settlement evidence. Do not rely solely on an AI explanation to make a financial, legal, employment or similarly significant decision.
Terms §16.1 explains responsibility for AI errors, security incidents and misuse. These risks apply to AI-assisted features supplied by Swaps as well as to connected third-party agents. Using a third-party model to provide our own feature does not remove our responsibility for that feature. Use of AI does not remove our own duties or your mandatory legal rights.
3. Authority and confirmation
Connecting a host or supplying a credential gives only the permissions actually granted. It does not create unlimited authority or a recurring payment mandate. An agent must obtain the confirmation required for each consequential action and must not fabricate a confirmation value.
Inspect the recipient, amount, asset, network, fees and purpose before authorising a transaction. A prepared wallet transaction still requires the necessary signing authority. Restrict credentials to the scopes needed and revoke access when no longer required.
An agent can misunderstand a request, repeat an operation or act on malicious instructions contained in external content. Integrations must use documented idempotency, authentication and webhook verification controls and reconcile uncertain results before retrying.
4. Data and external hosts
Prompts, selected records, generated content or drafts may be sent to an AI provider where needed for the relevant feature. AI can also be used for a compliance-message quality check; that does not make it the provider's legal decision-maker or a substitute for required safeguards.
Do not enter signing material, credentials, unnecessary personal data or confidential documents into prompts. Information you submit through a third-party AI host may be stored or used under that host's own contract and settings. Review its privacy notice and permissions. We do not promise that all hosts share the same retention, training or regional-processing settings.
The Privacy Policy describes Swaps' purposes, recipients, lawful bases, transfers and rights. Accepting the Terms is not blanket consent for optional AI processing or unrelated use of personal data.
5. Automated restrictions
Eligibility, screening, fraud, account and quota controls can automatically block or restrict an action. These controls are not all generative AI, and a person does not necessarily review each restriction first. See Privacy §14 and Limits and Enforcement for explanation, correction and review rights.
6. Reporting a problem
Use in-product support or legal@swaps.app to report misleading output, a disputed signal or an unexpected agent action. Include the relevant reference and context without secrets. Report credential exposure to security@swaps.app and revoke affected access where possible.
We will investigate within the information and control available to us. Reporting does not guarantee reversal of a completed provider or blockchain transaction. Mandatory consumer, data-protection and other rights remain intact.
