Address Check Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 2.2 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below

For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.

These terms govern Address Check, Swaps' address and transaction reports, tracing and screening service, provided by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, Oru tn 2, Tallinn 10127, Estonia ("Swaps"). They supplement the Terms of Service. The Developer / API / MCP Terms also apply to programmatic access.

Address Check is the report service previously described as Swaps Search or available in the Addresses workspace. Those names may remain in an interface during the transition. Ask Swaps is an assistant through which you may access Address Check, not a separate report product or free-check allowance.

Ask Swaps may also help you navigate to other Swaps services. Those services remain subject to their own product terms and confirmation requirements; an ordinary question or navigation request is not itself a full-report check.

1. Informational service

Address Check combines available blockchain information, third-party labels, contextual data and, where indicated, AI-generated explanations. It may describe activity, counterparties, possible exposure and risk signals. Coverage varies by network, data source and feature; a preview and a full report can contain different information.

An address is not necessarily a person, and an immediate sender or receiver may be an exchange, contract or intermediary. A relationship or exposure signal does not establish ownership, intent, criminal conduct or the ultimate source of funds. A low-risk result is not a safety certificate and a high-risk result is not a finding of wrongdoing.

Address Check is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice, a substitute for a qualified investigation, or a guarantee of fund recovery. A report is not presented as an expert court opinion; whether any information is admissible or persuasive is for the relevant authority to decide. Swaps does not issue freeze orders or act as law enforcement.

2. Channels and permitted reliance

Address Check may be delivered through the website, dashboard, iOS app, API, MCP or a supported app integration, subject to the catalogue and access available on each surface. The public ChatGPT app's report-only scope does not include crypto purchase quotes, checkout, trades, transfers or account commerce. An unavailable authenticated feature must not be represented as completed inside that app.

Use reports as one input to your own review and verify consequential findings using the cited evidence and suitable independent sources. You must not use a report as the sole basis for a legal accusation, a claim of verified identity or a decision for which a formal compliance assessment is required.

If a Swaps transaction is restricted following a signal, that restriction is an operational decision for that transaction, not proof that the address owner has acted unlawfully. You can challenge factual errors or request review as described below; a request does not guarantee that a provider or legal restriction can be overridden.

3. Accuracy and AI

Data can be incomplete, stale, incorrectly attributed or unavailable. Public records may not show off-chain activity or explain why a transfer occurred. Clustering and scoring can produce false positives and false negatives, and newly emerging risks may be absent.

AI-generated summaries can omit context or invent an explanation. Check underlying transactions, sources and timestamps rather than relying on the narrative alone. The AI Disclosure and Risk Disclosure apply. No disclaimer removes statutory quality remedies or our responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Credits, pricing and failed reports

The one-time introductory free-check allowance and its shared per-user scope are specified in Limits & Enforcement, section 3.1. It applies to full-report generation across all supported access points to Address Check. Brief previews are identified separately in the product. Full reports beyond the applicable allowance use available Credits at the price displayed before purchase or generation. Credit packs of 5, 10 or 20 reports are offered where shown; these terms do not change the checkout price. A cached re-read of an already generated full report does not consume another Credit or another introductory check.

Credits are internal service units, not money, crypto-assets or a stored-value payment account. They are non-transferable, have no expiry, and cannot pay a provider's transaction amount or fees. A Credit consumed for a successfully generated report is not automatically restored because the findings are unhelpful; failed analysis is handled as a failed service and its report Credit is due to be restored. If the adjustment is missing, contact support for reconciliation.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

The following service refund policy applies without reducing mandatory rights:

SituationService policy
A report contains no risk signals and no on-chain contextOne Credit refund per purchased pack on request within 24 hours of generation.
A report contains data but does not produce the findings you wanted, or you entered the wrong addressNo discretionary refund merely for that reason; defective-service and statutory remedies remain available.
An unused purchased Credit packRefundable within 14 days of purchase.
A partly used purchased Credit packA pro-rata refund of unused purchased Credits is available within 14 days of purchase.

For this policy, request a refund through support or legal@swaps.app. Approved cash refunds return through the original payment method within 14 calendar days; additional bank processing time can apply. Free and referral Credits have no cash redemption value.

To submit a withdrawal declaration for an Address Check or Credits contract, use Withdraw from contract. Review and confirm your declaration; we acknowledge receipt electronically with its contents, date and time. You may also send an unambiguous declaration to legal@swaps.app. Receipt of a declaration and assessment of its legal consequences are separate.

Using a Credit does not by itself prove that you validly waived a statutory withdrawal right. Where immediate digital supply requires express consent, acknowledgment of a loss of withdrawal rights and confirmation of that agreement, those conditions must be satisfied separately. Statutory cancellation, conformity, repair, price-reduction or refund rights can apply beyond the discretionary policy and its time limits. These terms do not impose a blanket "no refunds" rule after 14 days.

6. Responsible use

You may use reports for legitimate personal or business review and share them with your advisers or the relevant authorities, with their limitations and provenance intact. Quote data with attribution to Swaps and do not republish it as independently certified. Further redistribution or resale must comply with applicable licences and the API Terms.

Do not use Address Check to harass, stalk, defame, expose unnecessary personal information or falsely accuse a person. Do not evade query quotas, use multiple accounts to bypass limits, or turn incomplete labels into unsupported claims. The Acceptable Use Policy and Limits & Enforcement apply.

7. Corrections and review

Report a disputed label, inaccurate association, factual error or transaction restriction to legal@swaps.app, identifying the relevant report and explaining the issue. Provide only the evidence needed and never send a wallet signing secret. We may request proportionate evidence of authority where it is needed to disclose or correct personal information; a person does not need to prove ownership merely to report a factual error.

We acknowledge challenges within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. If more investigation is needed, we will explain the position, subject to applicable legal response periods. We can correct our presentation or refer a verified issue to the source. We cannot guarantee deletion or correction by a source we do not control, and a request cannot remove the underlying blockchain history.

8. Privacy

Public blockchain data can be personal data when linked to an individual. Public availability does not remove data-protection obligations. The Privacy Policy describes account, query, report, screening and AI processing and how to exercise applicable rights.

Do not put private customer, employee or investigation material into a public report or shared link without a lawful basis. If you use Address Check for another person or an organisation, you remain responsible for notices, access controls and your own decisions. Contact legal@swaps.app to ask about applicable processing arrangements.

9. General terms and contact

The Terms of Service govern changes, availability, liability and disputes, including mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not independently cap liability or guarantee an investigative outcome. Address Check is intended for adults meeting the eligibility requirements in the Terms.
