Pay an Invoice Terms
Last updated: 2026-10-03 Version: 1.0 Status: Advance notice Effective: New products and features: first use on or after 7 October 2026; existing services: 10 November 2026, subject to the notice period below
For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.
These terms govern Pay an invoice, provided by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, Oru tn 2, Tallinn 10127, Estonia ("Swaps"). They supplement the Terms of Service and control for this product. They do not replace the terms of the provider that executes a payout or mandatory consumer rights.
1. Purpose and parties
Pay an invoice lets an eligible holder enter a payment obligation, select a supported bank recipient, review funding instructions and request a payout through Bridge. Swaps prepares and submits authorised instructions, displays the funding and execution state, and reconciles provider evidence. The applicable Bridge entity and its partners receive and convert funding and execute the bank payout under the Bridge terms presented to the holder.
You remain the Payer and the person responsible for the underlying invoice. The recipient is your counterparty for its goods or services. Swaps does not verify delivery, determine whether the invoice is enforceable, become your supplier, or issue a tax opinion. A provider's licence does not become Swaps' licence.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have authority to make the payment for the selected holder, complete required provider verification and accept the applicable provider terms. Individual and business availability depends on the provider-approved purpose, jurisdiction, currency, recipient and route. Access to a draft or a destination form does not authorise execution.
Use funds you own or are expressly permitted to use for that holder and purpose. Do not use another person's identity or an unrelated account to bypass limits or verification. Provider and Swaps restrictions are applied at the time of the requested action and can change while funding is in progress.
Paying your own supplier or other permitted beneficiary is distinct from operating a money-transfer service for other people. The recipient does not have to be the sender where the selected route supports that recipient, but this does not permit funding from any third party or using a personal profile for an unsupported business purpose.
3. Instructions you must check
Review the recipient's legal name, bank details, currency, amount and payment purpose before confirming. The recipient details must belong to the intended beneficiary and satisfy the selected route's requirements. An account nickname, a stored beneficiary or a successful format check does not independently verify ownership.
Funding instructions are specific to the attempt and can expire or be replaced. Pay the specified asset, network and amount to the current destination. An invoice amount and the funding amount can differ because of conversion, fees, rounding and a disclosed funding buffer. Never reuse a previous deposit instruction without confirming it is still current.
The name shown on the recipient's bank statement depends on the route and provider configuration. Only the sender information shown for your payout applies; a generic product description does not promise a particular statement name.
4. Funding from a wallet
Another wallet or exchange. You authorise a transfer from the wallet or service you control to the provider deposit destination shown for that attempt. Your source service may impose its own costs and limits. Do not send unsupported tokens or use another network because an address looks compatible.
Swaps Wallet balance. Where enabled, Swaps prepares a cross-network transaction from your Tempo wallet through Relay to the same provider funding destination. You sign with your wallet credential. Swaps does not sign for you. The Wallet Service Terms and Relay Terms of Use apply to this leg. A successful source send does not establish that the provider has paid the bank recipient.
A prepared or signed wallet transfer may remain capable of execution for a period after the screen changes or the quote expires. While it is pending, cancellation or switching funding sources can be unavailable to prevent duplicate funding. Check status and contact support instead of sending a second payment.
5. Fees and exchange rates
The standard Swaps payout fee is 1% of the gross source amount, disclosed in the funding quote. This is not the same calculation as adding 1% to the invoice amount. Provider, network, bank and conversion costs may also apply. The reviewed quote and funding instructions show the amount required for the selected route; estimates in another currency are not proof of delivery.
When the Swaps Wallet funding option is offered, the wallet leg does not add a separate Swaps cross-network send fee to the payout fee. Relay and network costs for that leg can still apply and are shown in the quote. Costs already incurred on a failed or cancelled route may not be recoverable, subject to applicable law and provider terms.
6. Processing, shortfalls and settlement
Sending funds, seeing a deposit or submitting a payout request is not final bank settlement. Swaps uses provider evidence to reconcile the currency, recipient route, amount and transfer. A provider may review, delay, reject or return a transfer after receiving funds.
A payout can be reported as paid with a shortfall where provider evidence shows a small amount below the invoice. That is not a representation that the invoice was fully settled. A larger or uncertain discrepancy requires reconciliation. Small over-delivery can occur because of rounding or the funding buffer; records should show the actual delivered amount. You and the recipient must resolve any remaining underlying invoice balance.
We do not promise an arrival time or that funding guarantees execution. Before retrying a delayed payout, check the existing attempt to avoid a duplicate. Limits and supported routes are shown for the transaction and addressed in Limits & Enforcement.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel only where the product and the current funding state permit it. A cancellation request is not a guarantee that an in-flight bank, blockchain or provider operation can be stopped. Swaps cannot reverse a signed blockchain transfer or debit a recipient's account to recover it.
Provider-held funds follow provider return procedures. A failed Relay leg, a provider return, and a recipient refund are distinct operations with different destinations and evidence. Never assume that all returns go to the immediate sending address; exchange and intermediary addresses may not credit them to you. Contact support before giving replacement instructions.
An expired or cancelled payout does not automatically return an unmatched deposit. We can investigate our records and coordinate with the provider; recovery and timing depend on the party controlling the funds and applicable law. Any refund of Swaps' own fees is assessed separately from provider and network costs.
8. Data, permitted use and complaints
You must have a lawful basis to provide recipient, invoice and bank data and give required notices. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Verification or compliance documents may be requested through the Service or by the provider; respond through the identified channel and never disclose wallet signing secrets.
The Acceptable Use Policy, Sanctions Policy, AML Statement and Terms of Service apply. Swaps can restrict access or new instructions and providers apply their own controls. The Terms govern liability, changes and disputes without excluding rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
