Supervisory authority

Supa Labs OÜ operates Swaps as a comparison, routing, wallet-software, and provider-orchestration interface. Based on the current non-custodial software, comparison, routing, and provider-executed model described in the Terms, Supa Labs OÜ does not itself provide regulated crypto-asset, payment, custody, settlement, or exchange services in its own name. If Swaps changes its role to hold funds, safeguard or control means of access, operate payment accounts or e-money balances, or execute transfers or exchanges in its own name, that activity must be separately reviewed before launch.

The providers that Swaps lists are each responsible for their own regulatory status and operate under their own terms with users. Current active provider availability follows the generated taxonomy at https://agent.swaps.app/taxonomy.json: fiat ramp providers, DEX/swap protocols, and payment/wallet infrastructure are categorized separately. Sandbox/pending providers, such as Onmeta until runtime proof is complete, and historical/removed providers, such as MoonPay, Onramp.money, and Onramper, must not be treated as live checkout availability. References to providers on Swaps are descriptive, not endorsements, and do not transfer any provider's regulatory status to Supa Labs OÜ.

Service overview

Swaps is operated under the brand "Swaps.app" by Supa Labs OÜ. The service is described in detail in the Terms of Service and About Swaps. In summary:

  • Swaps compares rates and coverage across third-party cryptocurrency providers.
  • Users transact directly with the chosen provider under that provider's terms.
  • Swaps does not custody, exchange, or hold cryptocurrency or fiat at any point.
  • Swaps Wallet is non-custodial wallet software. Swaps may display balances, prepare transaction data, submit user-authorized signed transactions, and show status, but does not control signing material or Wallet funds.
  • KYC, AML, transaction execution, settlement, and fund custody for provider-side flows are performed by the chosen provider, not by Supa Labs OÜ.
