Friend Rate Referral Programme Terms

For newly available products and features, this edition applies when you first choose to use the relevant service and accept its terms, on or after 7 October 2026. The product must actually be launched and available to you. For changes to services you already use, this edition applies from 10 November 2026, but never earlier than 30 days after we notify you of the changes, or a later date required by applicable law. Until then, the previous conditions continue for those existing services. Accepting in advance does not shorten that transition. Publication and acceptance do not make a product available or establish regulatory permission.

These terms govern the Swaps Friend Rate referral programme, provided by Supa Labs OÜ, registry code 17399414, Oru tn 2, Tallinn 10127, Estonia ("Swaps"). They supplement the Terms of Service and control for referrals. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Rewards

The referred friend receives 5 welcome Credits when their account is successfully attributed to your referral. No purchase is required for that welcome reward. The referrer receives 10 Credits when the friend's first eligible successful provider transaction through Swaps meets the USD 50 qualification threshold described below.

Credits are internal service units redeemable for eligible Swaps features such as Address Check reports. They are non-cash, non-transferable and have no expiry. They are not a stablecoin, wallet balance, discount on a provider's rate or promise of investment income. The name "Friend Rate" does not mean the programme changes the provider's price.

2. Eligibility and attribution

You and your friend must have eligible Swaps accounts in good standing, be at least 18 and comply with the Sanctions Policy and applicable law. A referral is for a genuine new user, not another account you control. A new user who did not use the link at signup can enter an eligible code within 30 days of account creation. Attribution must be successfully recorded; sharing a link alone does not award Credits.

There is no deadline for the qualifying transaction after successful attribution. A provider or product that does not participate in the programme does not become eligible merely because it appears elsewhere in the dashboard. Opening a wallet, creating an invoice, funding Payroll or calling an API does not itself qualify as a referral trade.

The programme is available only where its offer and promotion are lawful. A referral link is not permission to make a regulated financial promotion or to target a country where the relevant service or incentive is restricted.

3. Qualifying transaction

The qualifying event is the friend's first successful, eligible provider trade recorded through Swaps, for at least USD 50. Provider confirmation of execution is required. A quote, redirect, deposit, pending order or self-reported completion is insufficient. Failed, cancelled, refunded or verification-denied transactions do not qualify.

The first successful tracked trade must meet the threshold; a smaller first trade does not unlock the referrer reward. If you believe attribution, amount or provider confirmation was recorded incorrectly, request review. The Service may show pending, qualified or awarded state while confirmation and credit posting complete.

4. Using Credits

One Credit can be used for one eligible full Address Check report after any free allowance, as described in the Address Check Terms. Other eligible uses must be expressly offered in the Service.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, used as transaction funding or used to pay provider fees. A purchased Credit pack does not multiply referral rewards unless an express promotion says so. Free referral Credits do not create a cash refund entitlement, but a wrongly consumed report Credit can be restored under the Address Check Terms.

Share accurately and disclose that you can receive a service benefit when a friend qualifies. Do not pressure anyone to trade or describe the reward as a reason that a crypto purchase is suitable for them. Their decision remains their own.

You may not spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, misstate fees or returns, promise guaranteed rewards or imply employment, endorsement or a partnership with Swaps. Paid advertising using the Swaps brand or programme requires a separate written agreement. Public posts and promotions must comply with advertising and financial-promotion law in their intended market; having a referral account does not establish that compliance.

6. Abuse and review

Self-referrals, fabricated identities, accounts controlled for reward farming, coordinated sham transactions, duplicate accounts used to multiply rewards and misleading invitations are prohibited under these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may investigate attribution, device or network patterns, transaction evidence and provider feedback. A risk flag is not proof of fraud. Depending on the evidence and applicable law, we may withhold an unearned reward, reverse improperly awarded unspent Credits or restrict programme access under Limits & Enforcement. These terms do not authorise an automatic debit from a wallet or bank account to recover Credits.

You can challenge a qualification decision, reversal or restriction through support or legal@swaps.app. We review relevant evidence and correct errors. No special burden of "clear and convincing" proof is imposed on you by these terms, and statutory complaint rights remain available.

7. Programme changes and termination

Changes that reduce existing rewards or tighten eligibility will be notified at least 14 calendar days before taking effect, unless an earlier change is required by law or necessary to address abuse or security. We may make non-prejudicial clarifications sooner. Changes do not retrospectively remove legitimately earned rewards except as permitted for a substantiated breach or required by law.

We may end the programme with at least 90 calendar days' notice. Credits already earned at termination remain redeemable for at least 12 months afterward. If we terminate an individual's participation for a breach, pending rewards that were not earned may be cancelled; legitimately awarded Credits are not forfeited merely because no further participation is permitted. Any proposed reversal follows section 6 and applicable law.

8. Privacy and taxes

Your friend is an independent user. Referral status does not entitle you to their identity documents, full transaction history, balances or confidential support information. The Privacy Policy explains referral and anti-abuse data processing. Do not publish a friend's participation or pressure them to disclose payment information.

Rewards may have tax consequences depending on your circumstances. Swaps does not give tax advice. You are responsible for your obligations, and Swaps will comply with any reporting duties applicable to it. Participation creates no employment, agency or investment relationship.

9. General terms and contact

The Terms of Service govern liability, availability and disputes. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer rights or excludes Swaps' responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
