Services and status

Swaps provides the software, integration and information services described in the Terms and service overview. Product-specific contracts explain provider execution, wallet signing, settlement contracts and cross-network routes.

Supa Labs OÜ does not claim authorisation as a bank, crypto-asset service provider, payment institution or electronic-money institution. A provider's regulatory status belongs to that entity and the services within its authorisation; it is not transferred to Supa Labs by an integration. The applicable provider terms identify the contracting entity for a route.

For personal-data supervision, the relevant Estonian authority is the Data Protection Inspectorate. Consumer information and eligible dispute resolution are available through TTJA. Naming these authorities is not a claim that they authorise Swaps to provide financial services.
