Job Description
  • Providing technical and account support to users of crypto products and services,
  • Their duties may include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with account recovery, processing transactions and resolving disputes, and providing information about cryptocurrency products and services.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well under pressure,
  • Additionally, the specialist may need to be familiar with the basics of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and crypto wallets, as well as have experience with customer service, problem-solving, and computer software.
  • Prior customer service experience,
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency products and services, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or finance, may be preferred,
  • Excellent English and Russian
  • Experience with CRM software, and technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
